  • FALL & WINTER season requirements of Inter-club and Selects players to be included:
    (2015-2014) U8-U9 Inter-club: Academy Program Mondays , 1 practice and 1 game.
    (2013-2011) U10-12 Div.1: Academy Program Mondays, 2 practices and 1 game.
    (2013-2011) U10-12 Div.2: Academy Program Mondays optional, 2 practices and 1 game.
    (2010-2005) U13-18 DIV.1 & 2 Program: 2 practices and 1 game.

  • Players should bring their own water bottle with their name or recognizable markings on it

  • Warm clothing in case of rain

  • Players DO NOT need to bring a ball

  • No parents are allowed on the field but can observe and encourage players from behind the fence

  • On the 3rd week of September, the players will begin their age specific practice program and be placed by age groupings U8/U9 and U10/U11 and then U12/U13

  • Practice content will be prepared in advance for all coaches to follow and is consistent with all practice content throughout the club. Some differences maybe as follows:

    • Grassroots coaches on field to observe

    • Different activities used

    • Less coaching interventions, no yelling/screaming at players

    • More challenging and competitive actions from the players as they will improve overtime.

  • In the event a player is proving to be more advanced than the players they are practicing with, there will be a discussion amongst the staff to move the player within the time slot first to another challenging group, and then, if need be, a discussion with the parent/guardian to move the player to another time slot. Given the double age-band, this should not be an issue as must take care of the player first and foremost.
